Gregg Groenemann - Strategy, Sales and Marketing Programs

Gregg has nearly 20 years of sales & marketing management experience in the high tech industry.  He has expertise in building online communities as well as launching measurable sales & marketing programs for small, medium and Fortune 500 businesses.  As a top sales producer, he quickly became the Director of Sales in Houston for IKON, a $5B office technology company.  Gregg relocated to IKON's global headquarters and became the Corporate Director of Marketing responsible for developing programs for over 3,000 sales people fueling the $3B Enterprise Services businesses.

After 11 years, he left IKON to become part of the executive management team serving as the Vice President of Marketing & Franchise Operations for Sonitrol, a commercial security company.  Sonitrol was purchased from Tyco/ADT by private equity investors, Spire Capital Partners, Carlyle Venture Partners and Wachovia Capital Partners.  Within 4 years, the management team doubled Sonitrol's revenue and successfully sold the company to Stanley Works for $275M - nearly a 3X return.

After the sale, Gregg founded N2O Marketing in early 2008 and worked with numerous companies and private equity backed-ventures on executing high growth strategies.  In 2009, Gregg was asked by existing N2O customer, AssetNation to join their executive management team as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.  In February  2010, he rejoined N2O Marketing as a Principal and CEO.

 

Rick Guillo - Operations, Implementation and Execution

Rick brings nearly 20 years of management and leadership experience from the professional service, financial, and technology sectors; having served on the management and senior management teams of both public and private corporations.  His background in sales & marketing, operations, employee relations, and accounting provides a foundation for establishing and managing companies.  In early 2008, Rick co-founded a service provider to the oil & gas industry, serving as the Managing Partner with Controller responsibilities until the Spring of 2009 when he exited the business to join N2O as a Principal, President and COO.

 

Paul Deschenes - Technology and Process Automation

Paul has nearly 15 years experience in information technology specializing in sales, marketing and service solutions.  Paul is a pioneer in Software as a Service (SaaS) applications and is an award winning architect of enterprise business management and web solutions.  In 2006, Paul founded Advologix.com, a SaaS legal services technology provider and currently serves as the CEO.  He originally joined the Board of Directors for N2O Marketing as a Technology Advisor in mid-2009 and now currently serves as the CTO and a Principal.
